your fault is with your installation, could you make a diagram and up load it so I can see how your connections are as the fault is on the installation to your last environment.

Hi, yes you are correct, I did not change the RF ports according to the SAT/CR band frequencies, I swopped them at the primary and it works now.

So for the record could we get a final update from you?
Or could you confirm the following:

(1) Which port on the SLNB is being used for each decoder.
(2) What are the userband settings on each decoder.
(3) How is the HB cable now connected to the Primary decoder and to each secondary decoder.

This will help anyone else who is faced with a similar problem and finds this thread.
