Yep, and as I've seen related (but less severe) on my Explora 1 recently I have to agree with your decision. Perhaps some transponders being adjusted, wouldn't be a first.

So as you can see, the time was 21:42 but the I-Plate starts showing shows from 23:07.

Has the problem happened recently?

There was a software update earlier this week which has resolved to some or other degree.
Explora model 1 - Load ver/var 71/2
model 2A - Load ver/var 17/2

EDIT: If you have a version 7 smartcard, we've been told that it could be affected by some problems until the next software update.

Sorry, you misunderstood my question.

Have you seen the problems happening in the last two days?

Further;
Which two Exploras do you have, 1x model 1 and 1 x model 2A?
Their smartcards - are both marked as being "version 7"?

Your answers may also help MC determine more.

We hadn't received any reports of this nature since we fixed this issue whereby now/next events on the TV Guide were randomly out of sync.
It sounds like an isolated issue as it was also there before the software upgrade.

Please confirm when last your installation was checked, as it is likely that it is due to a faulty installation.

The tech team has confirmed that they have seen a case before with one customer where her time would be incorrect due to marginal installation, where the installation was not properly aligned.


The EPG is received on tuner 3, therefore live viewing shouldn't be affected as a different tuner is being used.
