Angry Holiday view decoder

I have been trying for literally months to get my one decoder listed as a holiday view decoder without any luck. I have phoned in countless times with the same reply EVERY TIME, "somebody will phone me back to sort it out". Nobody EVER phones back, EVER. What must I do to get service from DSTV? I pay for a premium package but there is nothing premium about DSTV service. If I am wasting my time please tell me so I can cancel and move on.

You can try the other option and visit a MC centre personally...

I live 2 hours drive one way from the nearest MC centre. In any case this should be no problem to sort out via phone.
