Hi, had the same experience with
" Cold in July" last night with my
Explora. The movie cut off at 90 mins!
Reprogrammed download at 12.30 am this morning and just checked to see if the download was successful...
nothing, it just switched off and that was that! Whassup MC?

It seems like MC are only picking up quality issues when us as End Users experience and report them. That definitely does NOT qualify as Quality Control. It's obvious nobody from their side checks either before or after uploading new titles. Here's a suggestion I'm sure most will agree with: Instead of rushing to upload so many new titles all the time slow down, upload less, but ensure that those you do upload have no quality issues MC. Thanks.

I must say that I'm "exhiliarated" by the non response of MC to my problem posted on 08/01/17. Pathetic!
After being a loyal supporter of Mnet for almost 30 years I think it's about time that people should start cancelling their subscriptions in a big way and then when staff at MC start losing their jobs maybe they will start giving their customers better service. Clean Up your house MC and get rid of the slackers!
