Default Problem renting. Suicide squad

Good afternoon

I have a problem. I tried to rent suicide squad on the Explora (first time something has been rented on it) I get the confirmation SMS saying it will let us know when it will be available. But that's an hour later now please help

It happens from time to time. Just rent it again, you won't be double/tripple billed Also had that over the weekend with another movie. If it's not there in 5min, rent it again

Did you get the movie? If not PM us the smartcard in question and confirm the options you get when trying to watch the movie. We'll look into it and assist.

Unhappy Suicide Squad

I rented this Christmas day tried to view it got a blue screen phoned DSTV after ages on the phone with all sorts of actions and numerous questions the operator stated she will have to refer it to the box office group. She stated that it will take about 2 hours if they can correct the problem. Alternatively if they have not sorted out in 48 hours our box office account would be refunded.

As expected after 5 days I have not had any response we were never able to watch the movie. No one contacted us. No SMS was sent to say that the problem could not be resolved. Just totally nothing for 5 days. It is not the first time that this sort of service has been experienced. The operator was more interested in telling me it's because I have an old SDPVR if I had an Explora I would not be having the problems - yeh right Explora never has these problems.
