Default Does customer service still work via email

I sent an email to enquiries@multichoice.co.za on the 21st. According to your FAQ it is the email address to use.

Still no response or even auto-reply.

Yes that is the email address to use - from 1 December it will be help@dstv.com

You should've received an auto reply at the very least - please double check the address in your email?

I would like to change my debit order date.

I suppose I could phone the call centre, but I am not much for holding on, and I share an office with other people. So email/online is much easier for me! I tried to change it at care.dstv.com but it seems to be disabled.
I suppose we can take this further through a private message?

Hi there, unfortunately there were unforeseen issues with migrating to that email address. So the enquiries@multichoice.co.za one is still the right email. You can also send a PM to MC Solomon on the forum to assist.
