Default Explora picture quality

Hi i have an explora in my lounge with an explora in the bedroom on HD channels it seems to have a picture delay (slight sticking of the picture on fast movement).
Cant really see it on non HD channels
Explora in the Bedroom is the Primary

Have checked Picture quality and signal strength.
Tuner 1 88% strength, Quality 38%
Tuner 3 71% Strength 74% Quality

Other Explorer
Tuner 1 67% Strength Quality 46%
Tuner 3 78% Strength Quality 77%

Tried adjusting the LNB but does not seem to get any better.
Lnb is about a year old.

Any ideas

Those are terrible signal and quality values. Agree with Luke, you are lucky that anything works. I think that what has happened is the skew angle adjustments on the LNB are not correct probably because the clamp was not tightened properly.

If you want send me a PM and I will respond with how you can go about making some adjustments yourself. Also if you provide me with your location, I will calculate the angles for you.
Spare decoders: SD PVR(3) PSU's, DSD 660, 1110, 1131, Explora 1.
Spare switches and LNBs: 1 x 5-1(repaired); 1 x 5-2.Numerous so called faulty LNBs that were easily repaired.
2 unmentionable FTA decoders
1.2m antenna, 8-way universal LNB, 2 x (2x6) MS, FSM permanently connected.
