is this on the Explora or 2P?
Please send a picture if possible.

It sounds like the Explora though, but you can get a similar message on Core 2 as well if you have no products.

Please send a picture and we can feedback accordingly.

Never heard of "Core 2". Maybe it means HD PVRs?
By "no products", does the techie assisting you mean no XV / PVR access etc.? (which would be most unusual for any type PVR owner)
