Default Unstoppable unable to download

Seriously this is ridiculous. I'm trying to watch Unstoppable but it keeps saying there is no connection to the Internet. But when I use the Connectivity Checker I get two greens ticks and when I watch another title there is no issue. This service is a joke. Stop uploading so many title without doing quality checks on them first. P.S. I still haven't had any contact from your DSTV Now Technical Team regarding the constant buffering either.

Like many on the thread(s), I have no issues streaming HD from other service providers but with DSTV, there is continuous buffering and extremely slow to download - I get the distinct impression you have insufficient infrastructure capacity and too many users - its a disaster I am at the verge of cancelling the service - its the most frustrating experience for what is quite a substantial monthly amount

So sorry for the delayed response and frustration . Kindly advise the platform/device used to stream. Also confirm your internet speed and if you had issues with Live TV, movies or CU. We'll assist accordingly.
