I don't understand the statement that my ID connect status was incorrect and what that has to do with accessing self service.
I can use the ID connect log in to get to BO pages ...., even though streaming then does not work anyway.
BUT be that as it may, I then proceeded to clear the cache on Chrome and on IE 11 ,but not on MS Edge.
The bad news is the problems still exist. The Icon I reported before is still there and refuse me access to anything to do with self service on Chrome and on MS Edge.
IE 11 is still reporting "We do not support this Browser ....." Similarly here, why does the sw evaluate my up to date IE 11 and then decides it is not supported? I can see where this is also breaking down.
And I check my daughter's account as well and the same problem exists there.
I cannot clear her machine cache because I do not have access to it.
NO sorry, I do not believe there is anything wrong with the ID connect log in -----
If only one of your developers will phone me, I can work through the code on my side using the developer tools and show him/her where the problem lies.
NO other website gives me this sort of hassle.
