PLEASE READ THIS before reporting issues/missing titles
I need to keep track of a lot of stuff on the forum and I may end up asking you more than once what platform you're reporting errors or missing content on - even though you've probably told me before what platforms you sue.
To help me get to your queries quicker, please either include your decoder model in your user signature, or if you use more than one decoder, please specify in your post what decoder you're having issues on.
The same goes for online/mobile device issues. If something is missing or wrong, please tell me what platform (i.e. iPad, iPhone, online, Desktop Player etc...), which will save some time upfront in the investigation process.
ALSO, please remember that BoxOffice issues MUST be reported within the 48-hour rental period. I urge you not to post urgent queries here because responses could be delayed, which may push your query out of the 48 hour rental period. For immediate help, please report issues here;
