The orange light indicates a low signal, please check that you are within coverage
I just switched my Drifta on and got a ‘no signal’ error message?
Please confirm that you’re within coverage, then reboot by switching your Drifta off and on.
My Drifta has stopped working, what can I do?
Please ensure that you have enough battery power.

My windows computer does not pick up the Drifta, what can I do?
Please ensure that you have the latest Drifta application for windows, it is available on DStv.com.
Where can I download a Drifta application for my Android phone?
You can download the application from the Android Market.
Does the Drifta work on a rooted device?
Due to security risks, the application will not run on a rooted device.

Why is there no Formula 1 coverage on Mobile?
DStv Mobile plays out the same footage as the SS Blitz, SS1, SS2, SS3 and SS4 - if a program is not broadcast on these channels it cannot be shown on Mobile.
Why is the M-Net Series channel not an exact replica of M-Net Series on DStv at home?
The mobile version of the channel is largely the same as the satellite channel, but where licenses have not been granted for certain programmes, a substitute programme is aired.
