MU could have snitched at the very end. I don't know what Rooney was thinking by wanting to pass the ball to Welbeck and on that note - Rooney was lucky to have got just a yellow card after he booted a Cardiff player. I will take the 2-2 draw though because MU never play that well to begin with

From the brief glimpse that I got of the rooney incident I'm inclined to agree that he was very lucky to escape with only a yellow card. Great point obtained by united though. It's not every side that can come away with a point away from home at Cardiff City.

Performance of the week I think went to Manchester City who completely outplayed Spurs in all aspects of the game. To think that Spurs spent close on one hundred thousand pounds on new players at the start of the season and they put up a performance like that. Must admit though that perhaps I'm being a bit harsh on Spurs as I never watched most of the game.

Liverpool once again had Mignolet, our keeper, to thank for the point we gained at Everton. Would have been happier with all three points, obviously, but quite content to come away with the draw. At the end of the day I think a draw was a fair reflection of the game. Could have been a different result had Allen scored into what was just about an empty net and would have given Liverpool a 3 - 1 lead. Instead he missed the goals completely. Shocking miss and one that Suarez's facial expression said it all.

Cream of the sides slowly coming to the top with Arsenal looking good at the moment. However, my money is still on Manchester City to finish top come the end of the season.

hi beetle, I've been thinking for a while that M City will be the team to beat this season; now I'm sure of it. There are NO easy matches in the premier league; even Crystal palace can sometime surprise us! So just need to keep on winning games one-at-a-time!
Cheers, K.
