Angry error e101-29

I've been having error e101-29 coming up on my seconday Explora decoder. As a result it's affecting some of my set recordings.The episode that's set to record for example at 23:00 won't record.The decoder chooses the next scheduled date that episode is being shown again for recording.Also if there is a recording taking place & e101-29 shows up the recording gets cut-off.I don't know why my secodary decoder is having this error.My primary decoder which is also Explora records fine.

Try an E16 reauth for the secondary Explora here
Else the call centre should be able to sort it out, an XtraView specialist may be needed. You could also send a PM to MC Solomon but he may not be here until next week.
