As pointed out you would not be able to do this with any of the older decoders ...

However, a good point raised about cascading decoders and the HB getting through ...

We do know from past experience that one cannot relay remote control messages through the older decoders ....

Geoff, I tried to pm you, but your mailbox is full.

Can you do the install of the third Explora for me? I live in Midrand.

Geoff does not do the physical installs for anyone. None of the regulars here do.
You could start a new thread in the Installations section and see who can try help you work it out there but it could end up being a headache at this early time, I would rather get an accredited installer.

Okay so lets us see if we can between us work it all out. It can't be that difficult....

BUT, suggest you start a new thread under the Installation forum before posting any replies.

(1) Which decoders are you planning to connect under XV?
(2) Are you going to be using a SLNB and which model is it?
(3) Are you planning to distribute RF to remote viewing points?
(4) Will the decoders all be installed in the same room or in different rooms?
(5) Do you want the ability to remote control the decoders from all TV viewing points?
(6) What have you already got installed?

When will MC introduce the ability to have two Xtraview accounts? I would really like to be able to have Xtraview at my other residence.

That's not a great experience - so sorry. This info has been included in training for quite some time. Please can you let us know if this is an accredited installer and if yes, his details.
