Default Catch Up + losing content

I download a couple of shows and movies a few times a week.
The movie Equals comes to mind. Have watched about two thirds of the way through over a few days.
Yesterday my download has disappeared and of course my bookmark of where to resume is gone.

Sigh...another few hours ****** to download again.

Honestly what is the point of a service that has so many shortcomings?

The same thing happened to me on my Explora 2A.

I had a number of downloaded movies lined up for my kids to watch over the school holidays. Last night there was a software update and now ALL my downloads are gone. This has really p***ed me off and my kids are now really disappointed. MC, will you be refunding my internet data costs? Fat chance of that.

MC always mentions these extra "services" to justify their price increases every year, but seeing as they don't actually work why should we continue to pay these exorbitant fees?

Time to start looking for alternatives.

Hi All

So for the inconvenience caused.

I have escalated to our CU and decoder support teams to look into and assist. Feedback will be sent once received.

...and we now have another issue.

The Fall episode 4 only has SD content available for download.

Really must we accept this as normal or standard? (pun intended)

Previous 3 episodes (for which I have since lost the downloads after the software update)are available in SD and HD formats.

Okay we are back with this issue!

All my download history is gone. All episodes of the Fall and Falling Water have disappeared (the only two I really care about).

What is going on?

...and just like CU and CU+, actual real feedback is missing.

I reported this problem on the 5th of July.

Here we are over a month later and still this issue is on-going.

I download some CU+ titles only to find them gone two days later along with any history that I downloaded files.

Surely I am not the only one with this problem?
