Question HD-PVR+SD-PVR Software Versions Required for XtraView Activation

What are the HD-PVR+SD-PVR software versions required for XtraView activation?

I have SD-PVR running L:19.
I have HD-PVR running 7/2-1.14.0.84.

The MC call centre informed me that I need a software upgrade before they can enable XtraView.

Both my decoders have the new smartcards (410XXXXXXXX) and both say XtraView or Add2 is ready but inactive.

Well, we have had various persons stating the the SD PVR s/w is version L:21
and that the HD version is 7/2-xxxxxxxxx92/94

The point I thinkis until the trial is over, no further D/L's will happen anyway so maybe we should just wait

I am happy to wait, except that MC called me previously to say I have to have my XtraView activated by Tuesday...

Left hand, allow me to introduce you to Right hand?

I am afraid you will not be activated today, if you are part of the field trials you should have or will be receiving a call which will give you the latest update on the download & when this is likely to happen

I am not directly involved, but from some of the feedback I saw, you should maybe be glad you have not been upgraded yet...

I am glad i was not updated. I am just unclear as to whether an upgrade is required for XtraView or not.

You will only be able to activate XtraView once your XtraView status is "Ready but Inactive"

The SD-PVR says "Ready but Inactive" and the HD-PVR says "Checking".

I have latest software on
HDpvr and 1110 and both report ready but inactive.

I contacted call centre to activate xtraview and they said they could not do it foe me yet?

What gives? Is this option not available yet?
