Default Explora Failed Recording List "Unable to record"

Hi everyone,

Sorry if this has been asked/answered elsewhere. I scheduled a recording on the Explora last night for early this morning, came home this afternoon and it wasn't on the playlist. Checked the Failed Recording List and it's there with a message "Unable to record". There is no other information. On other failed recordings on the same list it gives a reason for the failure for example "Cancelled due to conflict".

Any idea what the reason would be for just "Unable to record"?
