I've used Showmax daily during the school holidays with my three year old but this issue happened again today nonetheless.

I have a question regarding showmax on the explora 2.

Not sure if I am missing something...

When you start streaming, can you select that you would like to continue streaming at a certain point?

When watching half a movie, it's extremely annoying to stream everything again the following evening...

It seems like a pretty basic functionality to say: "Ok let's start streaming at 50mins"

Unfortunately not. This option isn't available on CU+ either, so unlikely to be developed.

The better news - like with CU+ , ShowMax are planning to offer downloads as well later, so at least with that you can return to a last watched place (best done with a bookmark just in case).

Hi i have not had this problem but i use showmax almost exclusively on the explora decoder i know that you can only use showmax on two devises at a time has it not got something to do with that that it signs you out if you are using showmax with another two devices.

I'll add to this reported issue... it is extremely frustrating with the onscreen keyboard to have to type my login and password. I'm basically forced to do it every day.

Using an Explora 1

To be honest, we hardly ever use Showmax specifically because of this issue.

I just had to log in to Showmax yet AGAIN. Seriously how long does it take to fix an issue like this? This was first reported almost a YEAR ago. When you have an autistic three year old who wants to watch Dora The Explorer right now but you first have to log in using a remote control and a remote blaster it's an absolute nightmare. Up your game MC. You really are bordering on incompetent currently.

What's even more frustrating IS the keyboard. This is not an email friendly keyboard.

An email friendly onscreen keyboard includes common email symbols

I agree - at the very least the @ and full stop should appear on the main screen as every e-mail address includes these 2 character. Having to go backward and forward to/from special characters is tedious and time consuming.
