Default Price lock cancellation frustration

Around September/October I opted for the Explora on price lock for R119 a month but due to some technical difficulties I decided to send it back.

Debit order time at the end of October I had been billed the R119 and called the call center on numerous times to get this reversed and as at today, 27 November it is still not resolved and I have been billed another R119.

I called every week throughout November and every time I was told it will be escalated and I should get a call from the price lock department within (and it varies here depending on who you talk to) 24 48 or 72 hours. To this day I have not received a call. It is impossible to talk to the Price Lock dept directly and the call center agents can only escalate these matters which seems a bit irrelevant as all the escalations have done absolutely jack.

Please can someone at MC resolve this ASAP. I need both debit orders put back into my account and I cannot reverse it on my side because it is bundled with my normal subscription.

Nope. MC Kenneth hasn't responded. Still no luck with the call centre. I am on call 9 now and the story is the same. It will be escalated and i should receive a call soon. My a...

@MC Kenneth - do you still regularly check your PMs under the MC Kenneth identity as well, or should people be rather told to contact you by using your @Forum identity (which I think is likely to confuse newbies)?
