A possible big storm gathering here and in Randburg direction among most others. But who know these days with all the weird weather, there's plenty of blue patches as well.
I'll leave it to our chief weatherman to comment further if it develops enough.

Really big electric storm approaching quite quickly from the South!
Almost over MC's Head offices.
Expect possible disruption of services.

[edit 17:40] It is moving very quickly and is already mostly to our North, heading towards Sunninghill and onto Midrand.

Another nasty big storm all around the Sandton / Randburg area.
Seems to be approaching from both North and South which is odd!
I don't like the look of the "raggedy edged" clouds. Shouts of hail to me! Hopefully I'm wrong.

Now a few minutes ago ---- 80 mm

and it is still raining

Had 105mm until last night. Emptied the meter , this morning overflowing.. so 70mm+. Total so far 175mm+
