Default Pathetic Service

I've been trying for the better half of the DAY to get through to the call centre, but before I am "tranferred", the call gets dropped or I get told that the "line is busy".

I am trying to activate a new service, but when I try to do it on the DStv Care website, I get the following error:

Reconnect DStv Premium - FAILURE 4122****** reconnect failed : An exception has occurred. Please contact your System Administrator. Error Id: ca207dff-dac5-4e05-ac52-88e2b94b0d46

I would think after the subscription hike, you would be able to afford more/better consultants...

PS: This was not a disconnection due to non-payment in the first place.
While you are passing the buck, please hand me some change.
