Default comcrypt flashing E0

To whom it may concern,

My partner called multichoice this morning and was told that our Mnet was reconnected (I was not even given a reason as to why this service was disconnected in the 1st place, considering that payment has been made). Our Mnet decoder has yet to be connected! My partner has tried calling you three times this afternoon and was disconnected twice and on the third time, was holding for who knows how long! This is absolutely ridiculous!

We contacted you guys yesterday and were reassured we would be reconnected. Our walka has since been reactivated but as of yet, our comcrypt decoder is still showing an E0 signal

Hi there Dobbie - I moved your query to the service section, so MCA CCS Natasha and her team can assist you from there. If you PM your details to me in the next half an hour or so, I can ask someone to call you to sort this out. Am assuming you have an M-Net terrestrial subscription not a DStv one?
