Default X-Factor on M-Net Tonight- September 08 2017

Please Note: Due to the short duration of tonight’s episode of X Factor we’re showing a brand new episode of The Middle before Scorpion starts at 21:00.

NB: M-Net 101 currently broadcasts X Factor very close to its UK airing. Due to the nature of international reality shows some episodes will be shorter than others.
As the exact duration is only confirmed once the material is delivered and viewed by our teams, we will from time to time have to make an adjustment to the schedule. To ensure that this doesn’t impact our current on the hour scheduling of shows in prime time, we are therefore adding a brand new episode of The Middle tonight before Scorpion starts at 21:00.

Thanks for the update. Can you confirm that the TV guide is correct and there will then NOT be another new episode of The Middle tomorrow (Saturday) at 17H00 in the new premier slot (and instead tonight's episode will be repeated tomorrow)?

Prime Time begins at 18:00 Mondays to Saturdays, and at 17:00 on Sundays. Tomorrow's episode of The Middle will thus be a repeat.

Thanks I am aware of the prime times but your facts are no longer correct. When the on-the-hour time changes for M-Net were announced the daily sitcoms were moved and they all now premiere on Saturdays and Sundays late afternoon - and before prime time - so the new premiere time for The Middle is actually now Sundays at 17h00 - hence the reason for my question.

The way it looks to me, either intentionally or perhaps accidentally this has ended up the BEST solution to date - no repeating of past episodes to fill a new gap, instead a future episode is shown... and now to prevent any confusion the future episode is still broadcast afterwards in its originally planned "premiere" slot.

A kind of "repeat-in-advance" scenario
Whatever works best...

It seems this is a semi-permanent arrangement for now. The Middle premiered again on Friday night and is (currently) scheduled to do so again this coming Friday.
