Angry Change in debit order Enquiry Reference Number: 9049221

I requested that my account be changed from annual billing to monthly billing with effect from 27 September 2017.
This is the date that my next premium fell due.
I was told that it had been done, but when I went to check my account on the Self Service Site I found that the date had been entered incorrectly as 27 August 2017.
I am trying unsuccessfully to have this corrected, but keep being told that they have to wait for feedback from the Finance Division.
I fail to see why this is taking time when a simple date adjustment needs to be done.
It was easy to change to monthly billing, but to change a date is proving to be extremely difficult!
I am beginning to feel that this is an attempt to gain an extra months premium from me in the hope that I will not notice!
I need this to be resolved by close of business tomorrow otherwise I will be taking this matter into the forum of social media.

Amazingly, after my irate, threatening email of late yesterday, I suddenly received confirmation at 11:14 this morning that it had been done!

My Customer Number is 4719050
If you could look into the matter I would appreciate it.

Default Statement showing incorrect premium

I randomly went in to check my account now to check what my premium would be this month after changing from annual to monthly as per previous queries, and to my horror I see that there is a figure of R1719.81!!!

What gives?

Please can you investigate this urgently as I am paid up until 26 September 2017.
