Default Observations re recent newsletters

Hi,

1. For the last 2 weeks the "Compact" newsletter has been called "Compact Plus" - is this now their newsletter, or just for this month during the period that Compact users get to see their channels as well?
If now theirs, will Compact continue to get their own newsletter?

2. The survey mentioned in both currently existing newsletters - thanks, but I found its answer options made little sense and wonder how many will even complete it. What's needed is simple and intuitive menus on the dstv.com homepage.
In particular, the first survey question was insane IMO - talking about a hired movie, yet none of the suggested menu location options offered any mention of Box Office??!

Should have rather been in its own thread, but here's one more point re the dstv.com menus since you're asking MC...

For decades popular site's menus have always been along the top row, not awkwardly down the right side of a webpage.

I don't care how popular it is on social media or Google these days, most of us are not Chinese and read from left to right. It's also easier the old way to show expansions of the sub-menus' branches for easy navigating back or elsewhere.

Does anyone here disagree?

As we technically have no customers on Compact at the moment, it only made sense to send them a Compact Plus newsletter. Yes they will continue to get their own email newsletter.

Thanks for the feedback on the survey - have sesnt it to the teams.

Thanks Marietjie.

(If there's ever going to be a 3rd newsletter for Compact Plus subscribers please can a subscription link or email address be posted.)
