Question CatchUpPlus - Does it still exist

Hello.

I have an Explora Gen 1.

I used to have catch-up plus.... I think. I do remember having seen it in the menus a long time ago.

Now I'm trying to find it and simply don't see it any where.

I can go to catchup. If I press the blue button again from inside catch-up I stay on the same screen.

In catch-up I get many many titles and can download without hassle and record programs without hassle.

I have tried turning connected services on and off but to no avail.

So simply. Does it exist still or is it all under Catch-up now days ?

Hi,

Yes, it does still exist and is now combined with standard CU as you guessed. Your ability to download says it is still working for you.

The items that are on CU+ have a cloud icon next to their listings. For those that are in a group folder - the clouds can only be seen when entering that folder.
Also try pressing the "Alt" button when in the CU section, that will take you to the CU+ Download Manager. Pressing it again takes you back to the combined CU section.

I'm unlikely to be around to assist with anything further, many others can with this subject.

Thanks Optimist.

Then I'm definitely working.

Does DSTV offer anything where you can catch up on a series ?

Eg can I go online and watch say black sails season 2 ?

Hi there, some of the series that have recently been on DStv are super-stacked on Catch Up Plus as boxsets. All depends on whether we have the rights from the content provider to do so.
If you are looking for previous seasons of shows currently on DStv, you can add ShowMax to you DStv account for R69 a month. And access it through your internet connected Explora.
Hope that helps - more info on DStv.com under Get Connected
