I don't know about any of you. But I've had enough winter in may

So very glad it's over. And we even got over 1mm of rain too

Although I prefer the warmer weather we here in Cape Town are still desperately in need of rain. At the moment I think our dams are about 30 odd percent full and we are approaching the end of our rainy season.

Busy stocking up on beers for when the drought really hits us and no more water is available. I may then be smelly but at least I won't be thirsty. Shouldn't really joke as the matter is a serious one.

I have now resorted to brewing my own beer beetle - we tasted the 1st batch yesterday. But even to do that you still need water so not much help for those of you in CT. Hoping for some miracle for you guys!

Notice there was no report on how good this beer of yours tastes? Any good and if so when can the forumites in that forgotten land beyond the mountains come and sample some? Orange will possibly be visiting sometime in December so he can transport my FREE share of your beer back to me in Cape Town. Thanks. You are such a friend.

On a totally different subject, and ONCE AGAIN I could be wrong, but I don't recall seeing any posts from GeoffD for awhile now? Hopefully he, and his family are fine and it's just a case of being otherwise occupied?
