Question FAO: Multichoice - Hindu programs deleted from schedules on DSTV Prmium- AfricaMagic

Hi,

This question is for the multichoice representatives on the forum.

Could someone please tell us why our Hindu programs have been removed from the normal DSTV schedules after so many years?

We used to got no Hindu programs on DSTV premium and but we've been getting about 2 hours a week of programs on AfricaMagic Plus and with your NEW programming layout/channel swapping you just deleted the series what we've been watching for years without even considering us?
Why is this so?

As you can see from the attachment, on your online program schedules, there were indications of the programs still being there but this week it's been removed.

When will the Hindu series be re-instated or is there no plans for it again?
I need to know whether to just cancel my subscription now or wait since weekends are the only time I get to watch TV (except for sports) and without having something to look forward to, this is a waste to me!

A response from DSTV staff is appreciated!

Merv

@Merv - It wasn't deleted - the supplier is unable to deliver any further episodes. Africa Magic did make an announcement on this forum and on screen in this regard.

Hi Marietjie,

Thank you for the reply, it is appreciated.
I did trying searching for the programs by name on the forum but didn't find any hence the question.
*I used to only watch the station from 8-10 on Sundays so never got to see the announcement on screen :-(

It would be nice if they get somehow get them back on schedule.... after watching them for a few years now we'll never know how it ended :-(

Cheers,
Mervyn
