By the sounds of things this can only be related to the setup of your access on MC's side.

Not something you're going to solve on the forum, your best bet is to phone the Call Centre and insist on getting an XtraView specialist to assist.
Then make sure you can get back to that person or have a real reference number of sorts. They can often continue to assist beyond the phone call by arranging online communication, or via email.
