DSTV Now Error: Device registered to another user
 
I recently updated my DSTV Now app on ios and when I click on a channel I get the error "Sorry, this device is registered to a different user. Please remove this device on the other account if you wish to register this device on this account"

As far as I am aware my device is not linked to another account as I have only used on account. How can I identify if the device is linked to another account? I did not experience this issue before updating my dstv now app.

Can't say for certain, but some users with similar type results seem to have come right be uninstalling and re-installing.

If still no good, any more answers may have to wait for Monday... or if nothing further try phoning the call centre and asking for a DStv Now specialist.

Are you still experiencing the same issue?

If so PM the email address used to register your Connect ID profile, the Device ID listed on your DStv Now App and your contact number to help.

Attached is the message I get when trying to watch live through the app or when I try and register the device thru the app.
