Hi all,

There seems to be some issues on my profile.

A. one of my decoders is listed as being linked to another profile. I need this to be linked to my account but when i called the call center i was told its a website issue and that i need to go through to the website department to fix it. Surely this is an account issue ?

B. Second, one of my other decoders shows a link button, but when i click it tells me that the link failed.

This issue has affected many of us. I strongly advise that you get MC Solomon to help with this as he is very familiar with what the issue is and what needs to be fixed in you Connect ID profile.

I managed to get in touch with Mclaren and we have successfully done the update on the profile..
He will check tomorrow morning and let us know if further assistance is required.

not really, your problem was related to the profile itself, Mclaren's problem was that some of his smartcards were linked to another profile resulting in his DStv account linked to two profiles instead of one.

For one of the MC`s please. Over the course of the weekend I downgraded from Compact to Family whilst retaining xtraview on my explora and sd pvr. This was confirmed by DSTV PE who said the change will take place on the 1st (yesterday)....this did not happen. Another phone call revealed that it would take place at midnight on the 1st.
As we are right now 08h45 on the 2nd, still nothing has happened.
