Beep Sound

I fail to understand why when the parental control is set to R18 we still have the beep sound when the f work is being used. I mean we have the option as viewers to choose whether we want that or not. That beep sound is so irritating cause one cannot enjoy the movies especially on MM1 and 2 always. Please afford those of us (adults) who have set the parental control to 18 to enjoy the movies.....please. :mad:

Did you also check that your Language is set to Original and not English Family.
Their is other cases where it has been reported that the original still have the bleeps. But that is a broadcast problem from MC and agree that they need to correct it.

Can you provide some further details of the movies concerned? What were the titles, the broadcast times and the channel names or numbers? When you say, “beep sounds”, I assume you mean that the words were blanked out (silent) on the soundtrack while you were watching certain movies.

Please provide as much information as possible, as several movies on the M-Net channels have had censored soundtracks lately. I suggest that you also read this thread (click on the link below):

As Barendb suggests, check that your global sound settings are correct (press menu, language options, English-Original and accept settings). You can also check the language settings on the individual channels.
