Have been following this brilliant series and fully expected that the final part 3 would be shown this week the previous two parts having aired last week and the week before BUT oh no I see that this week you are showing on MM2 the first and second parts again-so when do we get the final part please????????? And why repeat the first two episodes so swiftly without concluding the programme?????????

No probs, I can tell you what happens...... Ok seriously, when I watched it, the whole 3 episodes were shown in one go, and I noticed the other day that they were all repeted together again, so I am sure you will eventually catch the 3rd episode.
Yes I am sure I will get to see the final but what i find b***** irritating is the stupidity of showing parts 1 and 2 then repeating them before showing part 3!!! Whover is responsible for selecting programmes needs their heads examined!!
Any chance of a response re screening of part 3 of Place of Execution???????????????????

A quick search of the guide reveals a back-to-back airing of all 3 parts of Place of Execution, this Saturday, 08 August on MM1. I see that Part 3 is scheduled for 16:10. If you miss that, keep an eye on M-Net's movie page (http://beta.mnet.co.za/mnetmovies/moviedetails.aspx?movieId=9920) for this - there are some repeat slots for later in the month listed there, too.
Strange -not on our EPG and when I check the Tv guide for Mauritius under MM1 there are no records of this -!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As a further comment perhaps when checking queries MC's would take into account the fact that programmes on MM1 for example are NOT necessarily shown in countries outside South Africa. My user name would suggest where I live would it not????
Is there any chance that you can check to see when we are likely to see the final part of this superb series here in Mauritius ???

I'm afraid I can't find a repeat performance of Part 3 for this any time soon - sorry I can't be more help.

It is for this very reason that I like to record all episodes of a particular mini-series before watching it. I have missed too many "final episodes" in the past.
I naturally assumed that given the show was set over three episodes that it would have been aired as such and if I had recorded parts one and two I would be in the same position as I am now -waiting to discover when the final part will be shown.
@ MC Kerry-OK so you didn't realise where I am located-not exactly rocket science ...but can you please tell me who is responsible for the programming of shows on MM1 and why should those viewers in SA manage to see all three parts of a show whilst we do not ??? Someone somewhere within your organisation must decide what is shown please ask them why they decided not to complete this particular programme. We pay good money and do not expect to be short changed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and why is there a difference between what we see and other viewers especially those in SA -why should other viewers see part 3 and not those on W4????????????

I am trying to find an answer for you as to when part 3 might be screened. Unfortunately, I simply don't have any info for you yet. If we don't immediately respond to queries, this does not mean that your request is being ignored.
Ok, so it seems that Part 3 was never scheduled for July or August. I'd love to give you an explanation, but I'm not getting any answers as to why it wasn't scheduled to air right after part 2.
What I can tell you is that Part 3 is scheduled for September - the earliest available screening will be on the 1st of September at 10:05 on MM2. There are also repeat screenings of Part 3 set for the 5th, 10th and 18th of September, but I wasn't supplied with times.
Thanks I just hope it does get aired then!!!! As a matter of interest why is it that screenings on several channels differ here in Mauritius compared to South Africa????
I've been trying to get some clarification on that but ,so far, I'm fresh out of info. There could be any number of reasons, so I'm not keen to speculate. If I find anything out, I'll let you know.
